fraternity rush

Are junior PNMs trying to get a bid looked down upon? Would it be better to rush as a sophomore?

Although fraternities generally seek out freshmen rushees sophomores and juniors aren't discouraged. If the guy is chill and fits in well with the members age and grade generally don't matter for fraternities
