I see next year being a very different year and a lot of change

SAE lost a bunch of liveouts, and nobody is really sure if they are getting their house back. Lambda is really screwed. They are losing their house, they don't have any liveouts, and their claim to fame DJ is graduating. Sigep is on thin ice with the school, and the other big DJ is graduating as well. Phi Psi is just in trouble with the school all the time so i could see them slip.

I could see AEPi doing really well next year because they are getting boathouse which is huge. I don't know what other frats got big liveouts, but i'm sure that beta will do fine as well. What does everyone think?

SAE: All of their pledges are excited to live in the house. They are getting their house back and they are going to rage.

Lambda: Theta Chi isn't even a thing here, so Lambda has no reason to leave. Not sure on their liveout situation.

Also, I am so tired of people saying lambda and sigep are top houses because of their DJs. People like those houses because the guys are fun, not because they happen to have guys that are famous DJs.

And last but not least, AEPi is not getting boathouse. For the love of god do you really think Phi Psi let that go? There is absolutely no way.
