Girls go to the boat house for phi psi guys and phi psi parties so they just won't go to the boathouse anymore lol nice try AEpi but you aren't going to rise to phi psi level

I heard some AEPis bragging that they might get it. Funny thing is that they won't even be able to fill up the house for parties because they aren't fun whatsoever

I heard that as well, with the liveouts they already have now this pushes their liveout game over the top. Even if they can't fill up the whole house during parties they can still use it to host functions.
