It really depends on what you're looking for in a Fraternity.. I don't want to give you a generalized sense of every fraternity because it would come off wrong and may dissuade you. Try naming some specific things you're looking for in a fraternity, such as parties, grades, values, motivation, and campus control.
That being said you set yourself up for failure when you get the internet's perspective on Oregon houses, PLEASE TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY to get into contact with as many rush chairs as you can find, and ATTEND AS MANY DIFFERENT rush events as possible.

With what you're describing, I would definitely check out Phi Psi or SAE. Both are very popular when it comes to parties and girls, and both have a very strong brotherhood. Phi Psi doesn't seem to be cliquey and they all seem to get along, and that pretty much goes for SAE as well.

Every org parties and you will find guys in each other's weddings in every org. A fraternity is not TFM btw and should not emulate many things tfm promotes, it's a satirical site.
