frat stereotypes

What are the stereotypes of the top/ Upper middle houses?
I might rush winter or spring but i'd like to get other opinions, so help a guy out.

SAE- Very Socal frat. When I talked to rushees they said they got a Socal vibe from SAE and Norcal vibe from my house (won't say which). We are the closest with SAE probably, but have been hearing weird things from girls- (like they don't trust them with drinks and think they're creepy) shocked to hear it, but that's what we've been told. Can't confirm it. Also, no house. But if they do get a brand new house- sky is the limit for them.
Sig Chi- every guy hates them, girls are 50/50. All Portland kids for the most part. BEAUTIFUL house, but absolutely 100% dry. They don't rage in their house whatsoever and that is a huge downfall. On top of that, their liveout game is weak and they are just pretty much nonexistent social wise in terms of huge raging parties. However, as it has never been mentioned on Greek Rank, 95% of girls rather go to Sig than Lambda or Phi Psi, at least the ones I've talked to. Good relationship with girls, but some girls think they're boring too.

SAE: Like mentioned above, they are pretty social and throw fun parties, but not as fun as they used to be since they aren't living in their house. They still have pretty good live outs which helps. I personally don't think they're sketchy like what was said above.
Sigma Chi: You either love them or you hate them. Most guys in other fraternities hate them, not really sure why. Like what was said, they can't drink in their house at all which is super weird. Their parties are alright but 9/10 they're more sloppy than a tri delt. They don't know how to handle their liquor.

I mean yeah sure you might have a good time with them, but if you wanna have a GREAT time, check out the cream of the crop. (Phi Psi, Beta, SAE, Sig Ep, Sig Chi, Lambda). Those are the 6 houses were you will probably have fun no matter what. The "elite" of those 6 is basically up to personal preference but from most girls perspectives I would say as of now it's Phi Psi Beta and SAE.

It really depends on what you want out of Greek life.I don't know a lot about Kappa Sig, they seem pretty chill and balanced. However DTD is very different from the top frats mentioned above and their reputation stems comes from their campus involvement and academics. Overall, if you wanna party. Go check out SAE/Beta/Lambda/Phi Psi/SigChi. But at the end of the day you should check out everything to make sure you are in the right place.

Not sure what house you're in, but I think its safe to say that 95% of girls would rather go to Phi Psi, Beta , SAE and Lambda over Sigma Chi any day.
