On this page? Definitely Beta. These ratings are massively flawed because people hate them for having exclusive parties. Beta is a top 3 house guaranteed. Go check them out for spring rush.

Most fraternities have exclusive parties, so I seriously doubt thats why people hate on them. Beta is cool and have some fun guys, but they the best.

Underrated houses/ up and coming are kappa sigma Lamda and sigma nu. The top 3 remain in no particular order beta phi si and sigma chi. SAE has dropped without a house and sig Ep being on social probe has def dropped
