Lambda IMO is top 4 houses, but girls really want to party with the top three social houses (beta, sig ep, phi psi). theyre good academic and brotherhood, and themed thursdays get big sometimes, but they dont have the presence of the top 3 on the social scene.
Rush and find out if you're a good fit. might be, might not.

I love Lambda. The guys are all chill and just want to have a fun time. I would definitely rank them 3rd or 4th in rating. Top two have been clearly stated as being Phi Psi and Sig Ep, but Lambda and Beta are easily the next two and where you rank those depends on your personal experiences. Going to Lambda parties is always a good time - plenty of booze, good music, and the guys aren't creepy like most houses. I don't get why people put Lambda down on here though, because no one is trying to say they're number one! That being said, they definitely are top 4.

Let me correct you "because" my friend Alex Sacco in Sig Ep and Doug in Lambda are in the same DJ group. So duh. The guy in Lambda entered and won with Alex. Get your facts straight thottie xo

I used to not really like going to lambda that much (too far away, guys weren't as cute as other houses) and I never understood why my friends liked going. But this year I ended up spending a lot more time with them and they are all super awesome and fun! They're more welcoming than other frats. Sometimes I go to "top" frats and they're interested in talking to me until they find out I'm not in phi or dg...but that never happens here. Lambda has a ton of nice guys in it and thankfully not everyone just wants to hit it and quit it which is obviously an issue in other houses...that gets desperate and old really fast. I wouldn't say they're the best, but they're good. Maybe a step below beta

I went there a ton last year too!! Tons of nice guys that I thought were cute, but I do disagree that they're below Beta. Rankings aside my sisters and I always think it's a really fun place to be

they think that they are good at everything just because they win a few philanthropies. The parties are average. They usually don't have a ton of alcohol. Don't even get me started on the music stuff everyone talks about... Seriously everyone says that the lambda DJ is so good, but he didn't even enter the campus DJ contest, which the guy in sigep won. And sure, there are somewhat attractive guys in this house, but probably 50% of them are weirdos. No girl likes lambda at all. You might as well call them bottom tier...
