Fraternities: Phi Psi, SAE, Sig Ep, Sig Chi, Lambda, and Beta will always be the top

Sororities: APhi, DG, Chi O, Pi Phi, and KKG will always be the top

There is no top between these, they all have different qualities and are considered great in the greek community. The rest on campus…eh

Ya this is pretty true. All of these houses are good at different thing and are all pretty fun anyways.

I would say Phi Psi and Sig Ep are 1a and 1b with nobody else really that close. They dominate the social scene and are involved enough.

For sororities the best three are DG, A Phi, and Chi O... In that order.

Phi Psi and Sig Ep are both on top. There really isn't a counter argument for that. They rule the social scene and are liked by most girls.

But yeah A Phi, DG, and Chi O are the top sororities.

Those may be the top sororities but to be honest the top 3 houses all had worse pledge classes this year, whether it be based off of looks/sloppiness/etc. so this next rush could potentially be a game changer if they can't improve the girls they get. Tiers in general have been becoming less and less differentiated (in terms of looks) with the newer pledge classes in the last 2 years and anyone that says otherwise is flat out lying to themselves

agreed-- the majority of the new pc in the dg chi o and phi couldve been the ones in kd or gamma phi, bc kd and gamma phi had some pretty girls too. Not saying theyre all on the same level, obviously, but im interested to see what the pc's look like this time around. I think the "top" houses are deteriorating in looks
