over/underrated
by: questionwhat are the most overrated and underrated houses at the school for fraternities and sororities? Not in terms of just partying, but all of what Greek Life is comprised of.

Overrated
SAE - They don't live in their house and are not getting it back next year. Although the guys that are in this house are awesome guys, and although they have fun parties at their live-outs, it doesn't make up for not having a house. it is really hard for me to consider them a top tier house like some people seem to think.
Alpha Phi - One on one, awesome people. As a group, sorry but no. Most frats would LOVE to get a function with them, but the houses that that have had functions with them actually are not too fond of them because they eat all of the food, drink all of the alcohol, and then leave the function to go hang out with beta. Some newer girls are trying to shed this reputation which is nice.
Underrated
KKG - The sorority that you join if you would rather be in a fraternity. That is the best way to describe this house (That is a good thing). A large portion of the girls in this house are pretty sporty, attractive, and really fun to just hang out with. Overall just a solid group that doesn't really seem to create or care for any drama within greek life. Overall a very solid sorority.
Lambda - not saying that they are more socially dominant then phi psi or sigep, they are either on that level or a tiny bit below (its a matter of preference between these 3 houses), but when you combine their social resume with their accomplishments that are official and documented, they literally blow every other house out of the water.

Wow, this is actually very true, but the one that is the most true is the comment on Phi. Just absolutely batted that one out of the park...

I completely agree. We've never actually had a good time with APhi and we've done a few things with them..

As a guy in what most people consider a top house (not saying which), I totally agree with that statement on Phi
