Lambda just pulled permits for brand new 30,00sf

Lambda just submitted plans and applied for permits for an absolutely massive 30,000sf foot purpose build fraternity house to house over 200 members, for reference 5200 Sf is the largest Greek house. Guess their alumni have some deep pockets.

LOL. No they did not. they are a liveout frat they only have numbers because they give bids to every geed with pit vipers

Sure lambda.. You’ve been saying this every year for the past ten years. If your alumni has deep pockets then how come you had to sell your original chapter house twenty years ago to the university and you’ve been homeless since?
