Top:
Phi Psi, Sig Ep, SAE (Normally I would have Sig Ep first but they haven't really done anything this year, whereas Phi Psi at least had a philanthropy and shows up to things)
Middle: Lambda, Sigma Chi, Beta, Kappa Sig, DTD, AEPi
Bottom: Delta Sig, Sigma Pi, Phi Delt, Delta Sig, Pi Kapp, Chi Psi, DU

^ no way no how is lambda a "top" house, in my opinion. They have some good looking guys but a lot of squares and there social presence is no where near that of a Phi Psi or SigEp.

Sigma nu is the most underrated fraternity on campus. I did not really care much for them or know who any of them were until this year.
but honestly, they are GORGEOUS, and smart, and really good guys!! I would put them at least in the middle for sure with Kappa Sig and DTD
