My best advice is to look at a size of a houses senior PC. Sure nobody outside of KKG, DG, ChiO or AXO but they all have nearly fully PCs after 4 years. Tri delt and literally had 5 girls left and KD about 10. If the girls had sisterhood and got along they would stay in the house. Don’t get me wrong, I personally don’t like KKG but can respect their sisterhood

I agree, I was in a house that was considered bottom mid till my senior year just because I didn’t want to pay anymore. I enjoyed my house but always found it suspicious that SK, tri delt and theta can’t keep girls to save their life

This is pretty solid advice but I would note that a lot of girls drop senior year for financial reasons and less about not liking their sisterhood.
