Help out the transfer frat student
by: Wake ForestHey I'm transferred from Wake Forest and was wondering what the best frats were (unbiased) based off wealth, house, pledge, parties, and most importantly prestige!!

Fraternity life currently has a bit of a power vacuum at the top and honestly any of the top 6 have an argument for top house.
Top: Fiji Sig chi Lambda
Upper mid: SAE Sig nu D sig
Mid: A sig ATO DTD K Sig
Low Mid: theta chi Pike Pikapp
Rest of the houses are small enough that ranking them is pointless.\n\n\n\n\n

ATO is the only house not in the top 6 that is rising. All of the other houses are either falling or have been kicked off. There’s a reason the top 6 are a power vacuum as no one wants to pledge a frat that’s not top and is currently falling lol

There literally is no such thing as a “chill 7”. That’s something made up by someone not in a top house.

No top 5 houses do winter rush so he either got finessed by a mid frat or is waiting

Literally no such thing as a “chill” anything. What you mean is “a lower quality/tier” frat. He clearly wasn’t “top” material.

some top houses clearly took control and had to close rush they had so many candidates.
