You forgot SAE and Theta Chi they are prob between the top two tiers

I think you got most of it right. It more likely looks like this:

Best houses: ATO, Beta, Sig Chi,

SAE, Sig Nu, Asig (losing house next year FYI)

FIJI, DTD, Theta Chi

Dsig, Pi Kapp, Chi Psi

Prob Theta chi and beta, followed by SAE but most other physical houses are pretty mid honestly

??? A sig Sig Chi Sig nu and ATO have good physical houses too. Every other house though is pretty much average
