Short Description of top frats

Lambda - large frat with good live outs, but no chapter house. Usually hangs with Alpha Phi.
SAE - very nice chapter house w/ good location. Throws down a lot. Not affiliated with school. Usually hangs with Chi O/DG
Sig chi - newly remodeled house, but far from campus/parties. Mostly Portland kids. Has been in/out of trouble for years. Hangs with Alpha Phi, DG
Sig Nu - huge house with large basement for partying. mostly Portland or west Linn kids with a lot of money. Tik tok house. Hangs with DG/KKG
DSig - very into EDM & c0ke. Not great live outs but their house is decent
DTD- Cool older chapter house close to campus. Really good grades and a very involved fraternity. All of their parties have lists and are pretty exclusive. Hangs with AXO, Tri Delt

dtd is not top? pretending to be "exclusive" with houses like gphi and ddd doesn't make you top lmao.
the "list parties" are often empty and awkward with the "accepted" girls leaving quickly to go to another house that isn't pretentious. the accepted girls are also just their girlfriends friends.

They are top. Despite your hate. They still pull and keep their members active. More than you can say for most. Lambda is still one of the top.

Jokes on you. They don’t provide alcohol. You bring you’re own which is why women stay safe. And prices you’ve never been to one if their functions.

SAE - The chapter hosted a party at a live-out facility at which there was alcohol. There are substantiated allegations that multiple attendees of the party consumed a controlled substance without their knowledge or consent, and attendees had to seek medical attention following the event.

Asig - Alpha Sigma Phi hosted a party at the chapter facility with hard alcohol. Photos of the event(s) show attendees without face-coverings or social distancing. The decision to suspend this fraternity was made following three similar incidents the previous year, including one in which an attendee was transported to the hospital due to alcohol overconsumption.

Kappa Sig - Kappa Sigma hazed their new members, including substantiated allegations of forced consumption of unpleasant substances, forced consumption of alcohol, and a scavenger hunt. As part of the hazing behavior, Kappa Sigma provided alcohol to underage students.

First of all Lambda is building a brand new fraternity house and it will be the largest house by far twice the size of the next fraternity house.
Even without a fraternity house they are the #1 fraternity at UO and get first pick of rushers, let’s all admit it because it’s true. If every guy could pick the fraternity he wanted to be in then Lambda would be the only fraternity at UO, if not for their rejects no other fraternity would exist at UO!

Lambda isn’t a top house. A fraternity needs a chapter house to be considered a top house on campus.
