Asig and SAE needs to create the Independent IFC and try to get this off the ground now. The creation of an independent IFC not-recognized by the University is working at UMichigan, West Virginia U., Univ. of Colorado and Duke University. Now I saw on Ohio State Rank board that their fraternities are ready to break away from IFC and form an IIFC. This is starting to happen across the country.
