Pretty accurate. Beta is kinda slipping cause of the re org thing. I would personally flip them and lambda especially considering anchor splash and all the philanthropy stuff for Lambda. maybe flip some of the houses in the lower and bottom but that is just opinion. I would say it is this

sig ep has been near the top since i've been here along with beta and sae but beta's been having a ton of problems and has been slipping for awhile and from what i hear sae is about to come up on some huge problems too. so there's not a lot of competition at the top which is why people say that about sig ep however a lot of houses have been improving in the last couple of years so we'll see what happens. sig ep has a solid reputation because they party a ton with every top sorority but are still involved and usually have a good showing at events. as far as party houses are concerned i preferred sae and beta to sig ep personally but as i said both of those houses are slipping and have been for awhile.

I tried to be as unbias/positive as possible, Tell me what you think!
AEPi - Most public parties, Nice guys, VERY funny - 9th/Middle
Beta - Party, sloppy (News guys after reorg), Not involved, Some older guys are fun - 5th/Upper Middle
Chi Psi - Pretty much nothing, Starting to get a little involved (BARLY) -14th/ Bottom
Delta Sig - Just kinda there, No bad/good rep - 8th Solid Middle
DTD - Smart, Involved, starting to party more but get caught for it, social prob till next winter - 6th/Middle
Kappa Sigma - Party a lot, Unhoused, - 11th/Bottom of Middle
Lambda - younger guys = very involved/attractive/athletic. older guys = ??? - 2nd/top
Phi Delt - Lost their house, Little bit weird but can be really friendly - Bottom
Phi Psi - Some guys are cool, some are weird. Not involved but party - 7th/middle
SAE - Party HARD, Really attractive, Hardly involved, Stereotypical "Frat" element to them, slipping -3rd/top
Sigma Chi - only care/involved with DG aphi & chi o, Derby Days = Big, Rich, - 4th/middle-top
Sigma Nu - Nice guys, unhoused, somewhat attractive & somewhat involved - 10th Middle (Deserve a house)
Sig Ep - Athletic, somewhat Involved, Party, Attractive, have been around for a while - 1st/top
Sigma Pi - Think they are "Frat". Kings of bashing other houses (especially on this site) - 12th/Bottom
FIJI - New, unhoused, 50/50 some are cool others are rejects from other houses - 13th/Bottom (Still new)
Pi Kapp - smart, Nice guys but don't really party, unhoused - 15th/Bottom

It really depends on what you consider to be "Top"
If you want the top parties/most fun guys go to Sig Ep, Phi Psi, SAE, or Beta
Middle of the road would be Sigma Chi, Delta Sig, Lambda, or DTD
Low is Sigma Nu, AEPi, Phi Delt, Chi Psi, and Sigma Pi
Can't really put Pi Kapp or Fiji in anything

Its really should be a combination of who has the most fun parties and who is actually involved and has a good public image.
Partying/looks
Top
Sig Ep, SAE, Beta, Lambda
Upper Middle
Phi Psi(50/50 on the attractiveness), Sigma Chi
Middle
Kappa Sig, Delta Sig, DTD (yes they do party), Chi Psi (A LOT more then people think)
Lower Mid
AEPi, Sigma Pi, Sigma Nu
Bottom
Pi Kap, FIJI, Phi Delt
Involvement.
Top
Lambda (Chi olympics, A-splash, KD basketball winners), Sigma Chi (Diamond days winner & Derby Days)
Mid
DTD, Sig Ep (only with DG Chi and APhi), Sigma Nu, Delta Sig, AEPi, FIJI
Bottom
SAE, Beta, Sigma Pi, Kappa Sig, Chi Psi, Phi Psi, Pi Kapp
Overall I feel like from these lists its pretty easy to translate it to an overall. Party and attractiveness outweigh the invovlement piece pretty heavily which is unfortunate but it is true.

I feel like this is pretty true especially at this point in the year, it is pretty much set in stone i think that lambda or sigma chi will be voted top house by IFC. Just my opinion though. Leave responses below.

You're pretty close but I would change a few things around.
Top:
Sig Ep, Phi Psi, SAE, and Lambda tied or close to 3rd. I just don't think socially Lambda is quite there yet.
Upper Mid:
Lambda, Beta, Sigma Chi (not as fun as they used to. Besides derby days, you don't here much anymore)
Middle:
Delta Sig, DTD, AEpi, Sigma Nu
Bottom:
Kappa Sig, Sigma Pi, Phi Delt
Bottom-ist:
Chi Psi, Pi Kapp, and FIJI (although I expect them to get a lot more popular in the next year or two)
