Top:
SAE:
party the most and are definitely more likeable guys than lambda

Lambda:
They party a lot but can’t really escape the douchey stereotype. A lot of nice guys too tho

Upper mid:

Sig Chi:
Probably should be a top house but they’re always in trouble and it seems like people don’t like their sophomore class (I do personally)

FIJI: party a ton and have nice guys but definitely a lot of weird kids and losing the compound def won’t help

DSig: On a bigtime rise. They party a lot and a bunch of girls really like them. A lot of kinda awkward kids but generally pretty nice

Sig Nu: tons of kids from Portland and have a douchey reputation. Pretty much didn’t exist this past year on so pro but if they throw next year they might be good again

Middle:
DTD: always have the best gpa, guys are definitely nice but they will never be a huge party house

Kappa Sig: terrible gpa but a lot of nice guys, they go pretty hard but just aren’t that relevant

Theta Chi: house is super nice but literally never hear anything else about them

Pike:
Ah, pike. They’re still like but somehow more relevant than a lot of houses
