dirty rushing??

What are some things y’all heard about this? I haven’t heard a lot about frats and sororitys rushing dirty but ik some of them do

Theta Chi bid 40 somethin guys to get themselves known and dropped half

This isn’t really “dirty rushing”, it’s just a tactic newer chapters use to build up their numbers quickly. Dirty rushing means inviting PNMs outside of rush events to drink and party with the guys. I would probably avoid Theta Chi because there are better houses you can join

Theta chi is not easy to get into, they expect hard work because I guess there alumini is very helpful

DG was caught and had physical evidence of DMing girls bid promises or to go DG. I know tons of girls who said during recruitment AXO would say “see you tomorrow!” Or “your the perfect fit here” and then drop them

I know a girl who was bid promised at Kappa. An older girl in the chapter showed like a powerpoint of her social media before recruitment and they all agreed to take her. She was then Dm'd that she'd get a bid and is now a kkg.
