No house can be described in 3 words unless you are just trying to label stereotypes on people. Every house has good things about it and things they could improve. If you are really from the class of 17, try rushing the houses and form your own opinion. You'll get a more accurate picture of each house than reading the comments on this lame site.

Here are my 3 "characteristics" rather than words:
AXO - low-key, involved, diverse/accepting
Alpha Phi - good grades, go out, panhellenic involved
Chi Omega - diverse, historic house, close-knit
Delta Gamma - fun philanthropy, convenient location, traditions
Delta Delta Delta - friendly, cool philanthropy, willing to reach out
Gamma Phi Beta - first sorority on campus, historic house, nice to all
Kappa Kappa Gamma - involved, diverse, go out
Kappa Delta - involved, go out, panhellenic involved
Pi Phi - intelligent, close-knit, low-key
Kappa Alpha Theta - reaching out, low-key, willing to be involved

Yeah but the nice things they said had no content to them. Reading that as an outsider you wouldnt learn anything about the houses
