why did fjij suck this year??

no offense but there was like what?? 3 tailgates?? no bounce house, no smoke bombs, very low attendance. why did they suddenly and so drastically start to suck? i really doubt getting a house was completely responsible for it. very lame fall season for them, and fall term is the only reason they were considered top..

The upperclassmen are what always made it fun, and most of them are tired of ragers or have girlfriends. this newest pc is more chill than the party boys in the past

The comment above is really true for most greek upperclassman, over the rages and frat/sorority life as soon as they can go the bars. If you arent a freshman dont bother with Greek Life.

as a junior whos dating a senior frat boy, once we turned 21 we started going to bars. we went to ONE party this year with his house and left instantly because it was all sweaty freshmen. from my experience fiji has really fun upperclassmen, but yeah, they are all over the party scene

Everyone 21 and up go to the bars. Letters don’t mean anything after that... really only comes down to tailgates in the fall, formals, and functions. Every frat party is always full of gdis anyways.

The bars aren’t to blame for this. They may steer members away from open parties, but good houses still have functions, formals, and date dashes with high attendance from lower and upperclassmen.

I agree, as an upperclassmen in a sorority I don’t go to parties anymore, but I do attend all our formals, functions and date dashes. Crowded basement parties aren’t my thing anymore after 3 years
