As someone in an middle tier with mediocre sisterhood I sometimes wish I was in a bottom tier like Theta where the girls seem to like each other way more and are much less clicky. And most guys dont give a crap what house you are in so long as you are cool and fun. The guys that care, you dont want them anyway.

SK seems to have a lot of sisterhood issues. Too many insecure girls trying to climb over each other. I’m always hearing stuff about it. Theta sounds solid. DZ is really chill and there’s no pressure to be anything other than a house just trying to get established.

Sororities aren’t that much of a scene at Oregon. That being said, it doesn’t really matter if you’re in a house other than for reasons that you WANT to be for sisterhood/philanthropy etc. If you’re looking to be in a house to party and have fun, don’t because you don’t have to be in a sorority to party and frats won’t gaf. There r Hot girls in houses and hot girls who don’t go Greek. Hots girls are hot girls to frat boys. If you’re hot THEY DONT CARE what house ur in LOL. If you’re not hot but you’re in a top house they prob still won’t be interested cuz frat boys r just like that. It sucks. As a girl, don’t go Greek to party cuz u can do that anyways. Go Greek for the sisterhood and don’t care what tier you’re in

No one outside Greek cares about tiers. BUT the supposed “Panhellenic love” is a facade. Bottom houses don’t get a good turn out at events from other Greeks. They don’t get cheered for at competition by frats. It shouldn’t be a popularity contest but it is. Sad truth.
