sorority house rules
by: PNM
I heard you can’t use the kitchens when you live in the house. Is this true? Can you at least have a fridge for drinks/snacks etc?
Also is there a curfew?

This is partially true. Sorority kitchens are industrial kitchens that have to meet health codes, so they can't have girls randomly turning on stoves and leaving food out on counters. My house had several fridges girls had access to, to store their own food, as well as leftovers, and basics like milk, bread, leftovers and other things. We were also allowed to keep fridges in our rooms for snacks and such. Sororities do not have curfews. The only time you might run into an issue with this is during "dry" times when no one is supposed to be at frats or live outs.

I wouldn’t ask on your first visit, but as you move through the process if it’s important to you, you should ask. Don’t leave anything to surprise that matters to you,
