getting into frat parties

Which frats typically let/don’t let dudes get into parties who aren’t brothers... or anyway to increase chances getting in (bring alc/ girls/ go with sorority girls etc.) ???

If you want to get into frat parties then rush a frat, why would a house let some random guy they don’t know into their party

some houses let actives put a name or two on a guest list but are often monitored - otherwise you will not get in. although i was neighbors with a liveout last year and they let me in as long as i wasn’t a douche.
