off-campus housing

Not saying I’m only rushing to party but what’s the best off-campus house for throwing parties and who owns it?

Most liveouts are pretty similar for parties. Lambda and SAE had off-campus houses with big backyards that they could throw tailgates at. FIJI still has the compound (technically a liveout), and the Orchard (owned by sorority girls) hosts a lot of tailgates for Sig Ep, SAE, and some other frats

Fiji has the compound which seems to be solid - AEPi is gonna have slugz next year, theta chi is gonna have oasis, and i think someone took boathouse this year. Big / upper tier frats usually have solid liveouts.
