I’m rushing soon and just wondering thoughts on Kappa Sigma?

The guys are really funny and great to hang out with, but parties are lame and normally more like kickbacks.

Usually if a fraternity doesn’t have a house it’s a huge red flag and probably don’t rush them, with the exception of FIJI they have a compound

Chapters w/o a house are definitely a red flag. FIJI does have a chapter house in addition to the compound for this next year.

It looks like you’ve already set your eyes on one house here already, which is awesome. But be mindful that you should also consider the other 11 fraternities on campus that you may also find your fit in. Kappa sig are super chill, but the biggest concern is that they don’t have a house like mentioned above. This hurts big time, as the brotherhood will not be as closely knitted compared to the houses that require members to live in with each other. Happy rushing!
