why isn't theta more involved?

I'm considering doing COB with Theta but everyone on this site says they aren't involved. How come?

They just aren’t...lots of drops from that house. They also don’t have many socials from what I’ve heard. If you’re sure it’s the house for you go for it! If not, wait until Fall and meet the other houses.

Theta is struggling I would see how they do in spring before accepting a bid. Wait for fall recruitment.

idk if this is true but last year theta was put on probation with their nationals because their exec thought they had a drinking problem so they can't do as many things. there's also a lot of drama.
