No particular order within tiers, most decent houses are in some sort of trouble with the school, so take that into account.

Tier 1: Sig Ep, SAE, Sig Chi
Tier 2: Lambda, FIJI
Tier 3: Sig Nu, D Sig, Kappa Sig

The rest are irrelevant

Categories not necessarily tiers (without sig ep)

1: SAE, Lamba, SigChi
2: DSig, FIJI, Sig Nu, KSig
3: DTD, PIKE, ATO
4: ASig, AEPI, Theta Chi, PiKapp,
5: DU, Chi Psi, SAM

1 is based off of sorority relations, looks, parties
2 is based off of chill guys, athletes, dgaf vibes
3 is based off of quality of guys, philanthropy, brotherhood
4 is based off of fun guy friends, not too flashy, saftb vibes
5 is based off of still growing, close knitted, kind ppl

However my personal faves are the frats in 2 and 3.

Considering that some of the frats in 2,3,4 don’t have a house, and that in mind, i would say this list is spot on.

If we took into account what frats don’t have houses, would say FIJI behind sig nu. Ksig and Pike would still stay in their spot, DTD has a nicer house than most from what I have heard.
