Coming from a guy in a frat, I can tell you it really doesn't matter what is top or bottom. Here is something that might make you feel more comfortable. There are a few girls that come to our house quite frequently that are in Gamma Phi and Delta Gamma. Our house rarely has functions with either of these houses. Basically it hardly matters at all in terms of your social life because you can go to whatever house you want on a random night if you know people in the house. The only time it comes into play is when you have functions but that is really it.

The advice that some of my friends in sororities gave my sister when she rushed was to pick the house that she felt the most comfortable in cause otherwise she is going to live with potentially hating most of the people she is living with. And they said the odds are if you feel really comfortable rush that house, then the sorority will probably like you as well. Its apparently really obvious when you don't fit in a house according to my sister. I really would just go into it with an open mind because all of the houses have cool people honestly.
