what are the least creepy frats

Theta Chi! The hold the reputation for the safest parties, all my sisters never have a problem there and the guys are nice just kinda shy

Theta chi was around from 1925-2010 came back in 2014. They certainly have far more history than 90% of evry fraternity at uo. Ask anyone what their rep was before moving back into their house and they were known to be the standard of what every fraternity should be.

I've been to the all the houses near the softball field/cemetery and did have a blast at every single one. I can't say the same for the houses downtown, but in my own opinion these are the least creepy for sure. They really throw the best parties, but in a safe environment. If your looking to go out and have a blast with friends or meet a cute guy, he is mostly a Theta Chi, Delt, D Sig, or Sig Nu
