what is dirty rushing

I'm not believing the rumors and I want to go into rush with an open mind. But I've heard the term "Dirty Rush" used a lot recently in sororties and frats.
What does this mean?

Dirty rushing for fraternities means trying to convince guys to join because of partying basically. Usually it involves taking that to an extreme by inviting them to parties or getting them alcohol so the freshman feel dope and join the house cause it seems like they get lots of girls and are fratttt
