alpha phi

I'm a transfer student and I was wondering why/ how all chapters of Alpha Phi look exactly the same. At my old school every girl was thin, beautiful and most of the time, blonde. From the looks of the UO chapter.. it looks the same. Appearance must be a big factor in their selection

For most chapters, every member has a say on who joins the house but for Alpha Phi, only a handful of girls have the last say
