houses
by: UO2022If FIJI, PIKE, or Theta Chi uprgrade to a House, how would this effect their rankings? I am planning on rushing in the fall.

Fiji is already well established so I don’t see any huge change for them. I don’t think Pike has any plans for a house in the near future and Theta Chi could see a major spike in numbers with a house this Fall. You’d be lucky to get a bid from any of these 3 frats, all different brotherhoods of course so that’s all up to your personal preference.

Pike. Please stop trying to insert yourself. As a new frat you're at the bottom. Win stuff, get a house, get a rep, get a pc that isn't creepy and awkward. Theta chi in their house should be a plus and lambda in the beta house is also a boost. Fiji is fine where they are.
