Just what exactly are you basing this comment on. As most people would not agree thst those 4 houses are close to the most supportive and welcoming.

The haters and the trolls need to stop. So much time trying to bring the top tier down. Work on bringing yourself up vs others down.

I think the reality is there are no tiers anymore...deal with that!! The lack of agreement shows that the whole tier thing no longer means anything.

Dear “umm”- you have too much time on your hands to post things. It’s easy to recognize someone who is angry over not getting into the house or houses of their choice. I won’t say it’s not a difficult process on both sides. It’s hard to make such large cuts based on knowing so little about so many girls. But the houses do their best. There is no way around it since there are only so many slots and many pledges focus on a few houses. The best thing to do is move on and find a sorority or club or sport that is a good fit and realize it’s not personal. There are a number of factors considered. Grades, activities, etc. just because you don’t get a bid from the house you wanted, doesn’t give anyone a right to try to bring down a house. I have see girls spend the better part of their college years bitter about not getting into the sorority they felt they wanted. What a waste of energy and time! Move on and get off these boards and do something positive with your own life. 😊 this bashing needs to stop!! Hopefully the university will do more about people saying whatever it takes to bring down certain sororities, because the girl didn’t get a bid. These people need to be held accountable for spreading rumors and untrue statements. I heard this was going to happen so I am hopeful. Sororities have standards they need to live by and it isn’t fair that they are targets for not being able to take every pledge. If this continues every sorority that is considered a top tier will be face problems. When I say top tier I mean the sororities who have the most number of pnm requesting a bid from. That has nothing to do with send ranking and everything to do with the pnm’s wanting to be in certain houses.

So many bitter girls on this post trying to bring down houses that most of the pnms have rushed. Doesn’t really matter, but u can just tell exactly who the bitter, lower girls are. It’s the ones spending way too much tome trying to convince people that certain houses are not top tier anymore. Get the chip off your shoulder and spend time bringing yourself up vs others down ladies. Stop trying so hard to bring others down!! Move on “umm” and “sororityty” who appear to be the same person. Anyone who spends so much time trying to claim a few sororities are not the “top tier” is obviously unhappy where they ended up. I am in what some might think is a middle tier and my roommate and best friend are in “top tier”. I have never been treated less or have seen my roommate and best friend treated better because of a “tier”. The people who focus on the tiers seem to be the ones who didn’t get into houses they felt they deserved to be in. If not, they would’ve waste time on any of this nonsense. I am sure “umm” and “sororityty” will now use a new user name to try to justify this. Makes me sick that to see this in our Greek system. Never seen so many houses targeted by girls who will say anything since they can remain anonymous. By the way the “top tier” houses are all quite different and it’s about 40 percent of the houses and others are moving up. Others are new chapters and trying very hard to establish themselves. Really proud of most of the houses in the system. Start supporting the entire Greek system ladies. If not, you shouldn’t be a part of it!

lol theres no need for hate! Chi o is a great house that has def improved over the past few years, I have friends in both Chi O and Dg and as far as I can tell, they don't take the house rankings to seriously or look at one another as competition. At the end of the day EVERY single house on campus has girls take their houses status to seriously or judge other houses based on reputations, which isnt ok but that doesn't reflect the integrity of the entire house. We have to look past the notions that we have about certain houses and realize that we are talking about actual people, these generalizations about other sororities arent helping anyone and probably are incorrect. And theres really no need to call someone out because they like to vlog. Idk who she is but making someone feel stupid for doing something they like is unnecessary. Life is to god damn short to feed into this. We are apart of a community, lets support one another.
