Just like it was referred to as the Theta Chi house back in 2010-2014 after they got kicked off and Lambda got to chill and gain a reputation for a couple years? Lambda should be thanking Theta Chi’s nationals for giving them the opportunity to use that house not trying to dis them lol

How is Lambda dissing anyone? And thanks you ignorant sorority girl (because all sorority houses are owned by their nationals). Theta Chi’s house is owned locally by the chapter alumni corporation. Lambda paid that mortgage for the last few years. Theta chi is very thankful for that.

Still no house for pike. Without active alums on your side you can’t really get property. They will stay bottom tier
