don't get me wrong chi o has jumped but they aren't higher than aphi
in my opinion it goes:
Aphi, Chi O, DG
Pi Phi, KKG
Axo, KD, DDD
Theta, Phi, Sk, DZ

This is so accurate!! We finally have a top house that people doesn’t choose people based off looks and also has real genuinely NICE girls! Shoutout to chi o for being one of the first top houses in a while that is loved by everyone

And the order within tiers also correctly reflects the middle tier. Not in KD but agree they jumped AXO and TriDelta this year.

Don't get me wrong I like some of the girls in Chi O but saying that they don't choose people based off looks is not correct. I'm happy they are top house and the rankings are being shaken up but they are superficial lets be real.

I disagree. Theta isn't as involved as gphi, they just now started their philanthropy which imo is super awesome! also gphi won chapter of the year :)

Honestly DG is completely irrelevant now, APhi will always be the rich hot ones, and everyone elses houses are stabilizing out. But AXO is honestly getting way cooler
