is theta chi really taking lambdas house?

They showed us renovation plans for summer and say they're moving in in fall at rush but, everyone says somwthing contradictory. Anyone know for certain?

Theta Chi has signed contracts and their alumni sent a letter to vacate to Lambda. Its official, Lambda announced it a few weeks ago.

So it’s happening then. Theta Chi is getting its house back. This will help them immensely.

Renovations will be done over the Summer and they’ll be moved back in for fall of 2018. Anyone know where lambda reshuffles?
