does anyone know how cob works?

How do you sign up for COB? How do you know which houses do it? Do you have to contact someone in the house? Cause I emailed the official greek life and got out on the list but one of my friends just joined a sorority through COB and I heard nothing about it

The list is just an "interest list". Sororities can contact anyone directly. You don't have to be on a Greek life list. Sorority women may suggest people they know, invite them over etc...sort of like how fraternities rush
