no they're not the only ones who can do it, other houses already have and will COB. don't spread misinformation please!

It all depends on the numbers each of the houses have set by internationals. If they're below quota then cob will happen. So I'd say reach out to phc or the chapters to find out more about such a wonderful experience. Best of luck! I hope you find your forever home.
