by: PNMI really don't understand how the process works like yesterday I got invited back to alpha phi, kappa delta, delta gamma, and sigma kappa. I thought I did a rlly good job at the first 3 but didn't get invited back to them idk I'm just confused.

I would really really really encourage you to reach out to your rho gammas. Recruitment is rough and what you're feeling is normal. The rho gammas are there to help you through it. As someone who took heavy cuts and still ended up in a house I loved, I encourage you to stick it out, at least through pref night. Recruitment was one of the worst experiences of my life. Being in my chapter was one of the best.
Also, I'm just a stranger on the internet, but you're great, and 2 rounds of recruitment cuts don't define you, even if they hurt like heck right now.

True ^^ Reach out to your Rho Gams, those are all great chapters! I encourage everyone to stick with it until you see where you pref...then decide if you want to drop or pref at those houses.

Okay, so the tough part is that each house has their own process as determined by nationals and what has worked for them in past years and then what is required by phc. If you click with everyone you speak with at a house and then don't get asked back its important to remember that while you may have clicked with whoever you met, they may not have the last word in their chapter. If you end up with houses you didn't like, I encourage you to give them one last chance and try to feel out the real vibe of the house once recruitment mayhem is over..if it really isn't for you, withdraw

Unless you are really sure you do not want to be greek stick with it through pref! So many girls drop because they feel they should have been top tier or whatever and its a huge mistake. Greek life is great in all of the houses and tiers mean nothing except on this site
Do not throw it all away because the process is hard!!
