Not to be rude or conceited but a couple houses I had to carry the conversation cuz the sisters were so awkward and looking everywhere but at me. I got cut from both though and I just don't get it. I was very outgoing and positive, my resume/GPA are def not the prob. Can someone explain what I did wrong?

Me too! Several times I've felt that the actives did not feel comfortable doing interviews. I'm wondering if everyone has to have a turn at it or they sign up for that. It's ok that not everyone is good at it but it does reflect poorly on the whole house.

if an active had a hard time keeping the convo going, odds are you just didn't vibe with that house and those girls. Actives have spent weeks only preparing on how to talk to PNM's. It could've been that you asked a question that required an answer outside of the guidelines they are supposed to follow too. That happens often, that a pnm asks a question not realizing how hard it is for the active to answer while still following the rules. And honestly if you have a convo where you aren't comfortable and engaged it's probably not the house for you anyways.

If your conversations seemed forced or didn't flow, it's probs a sign that you won't vibe with that house
