bottom tier houses
by: PI never see anything really about the bottom tier houses and since I wanna try and go in with an open mind, what are some good things about the bottom tier?

G Phi - gorgeous house and lawn, lots of history on campus, strong sisterhood, sweet girls, traditionally pretty academic
Theta - ambitious, fun, involved and brand new house, they are prob putting the most effort into elevating themselves from bottom
SK - getting more involved, trying to get their numbers up, nice chill group of girls, repurposed a business complex for their house, cute colors
