Alpha phi, and DG are hot and very exclusive with who they party with and let in
PI Phi, ChiO Kappa are all party houses that are pretty exclusive and hang with top / middle fraternities. All smarter than given credit for as well.
AXO, Theta, GPhi, KD, Tri Delta, all have very nice houses and sisterhoods and are not as selective during rush. The gap between these houses and "top" houses has been decreasing but their is still a perceived difference socially.
Boys -
Phi Psi, SigEp, SAE are the three best party houses right now, Phi Psi is probably top.
Sigma Chi, Lamda, DTD, Sig Nu, Delta Sig all make up middle and have some dope parties but all try too hard and want to be top super badly
AEPi, Chi Psi, All other fraternities without real houses are pretty irrelevant socially but they do other cool things probably. But without a chapter house you can't really do much
Beta was kicked off for hazing pledges too hard and IS NOT a part of Greek life.
