new theta house

Saw some of the install for the new theta house and honestly it looks so fire. It's probably gonna boost them up, maybe even out of the lower tier if they get lucky. They may not have the best rep on campus, but PNMs like shiny new things

Maybe, but having arguably the best house of all the sororities hasn't helped GPhi very mucb.

I agree that Theta's new house looks sick and people who say otherwise probably feel threatened by them. We'll see how they do during recruitment

I dont think anyone is denying their house looks good! The questiobs raised are just around if having a better house will automagically move them put of the bottom tier. No one seems jealpus but you seem to ve trying realllyyy hard.

A nice house may or may not help recruit, but theta old house definitely hurt their recruiting. So it's at least an improvement
