Maybe Theta. Depends on how their finished house will look, and how their PC will be. They could move up if they recruit a really good PC this year.

I think Theta is definitely moving up. Of course it all depends how recruitment goes for them. But their new house won't hurt them at all, and now that their chapter is getting a bit more established they could get a good PC.

I haven't really talked to many thetas before, but you're fooling yourself if you don't think theta is going to move up within the next few years. Drove by their house the other day and it looks really good. A lot of girls (like myself) dropped theta pretty quickly because of their old house, so their new house will only help them. They're not immediately going to move up in rankings, but they'll definitely move up within the next few years if they recruit some good PCs.

I totally think it's fair to include the physical house in your recruitment decision process. You'll live there for a year and pay thousands and thousands of dollars for it be your second home throughout college

I loved KD during recruitment and have always been rooting for them. I freaking loved their dances last year. I think it takes years for rankings to change though so don't actually see any movement for any house this year IMO

KD had a pretty epic year, probably their best ever. They do need to dial down the crazy a notch but they'll find their stride. I don't see how their probation will hurt recruitment, it wasn't serious plus it could be any house next.

KKG: I don't see any movement from them. I think that they're good where they are.
Theta: I can see them moving up. With a new house they'll probably attract more PNMs.
Chi O: I think that since they're so high up it'll take awhile until they're top. But they're definitely doing really well :)
KD: they definitely have potential to move up! Last PC was wild so we'll see.

Overall we'll see after recruitment how everything goes for everyone. Good luck to all houses!

Don't sleep on tri delt their PCs the past 2 years have had some baddies. id say kd and tri delt have the most momentum, and theta getting a new house is dope and all but their members aren't on the level of the mid tier houses at ALL
