cuts after leadership days

by:

After leadership are the cuts mostly made off of our applications (grades, activities etc)? Seems like these events would go really fast with so many girls and not enough time to talk.

Have wondered the same but I think everyone will say "don't worry you'll find your house" But I'd love some insight into how PNMs are eliminated after a few brief conversations!

Grades are the biggest and then looks but not weight as much. There are girls of every size in all houses. The reality is though the larger girls are more pressent on the bottom tier but being larger is not a round 1 cut.

Your conversations matter a lot.

Your GPA is really important.

It can sound shallow, but yeah, your appearance matters. No one is grading you on bone structure, but people care if you look put together (PSA: submit the best possible photo with your application).

Who you know matters. If there are 10 girls you knew in high school in one chapter and they love you, that's gonna help. If a member knows you had a negative reputation in your hometown, that can hurt you.

Every org gives legacies an automatic invite to the second round. And some organizations have A LOT of legacies.

Your social media matters. Chapters are going to stalk that like heck, so get it together.
