academic sorority?

by: Nerd

If this a dumb question, sorry. Grades are important to me and I don't party. ( like I'd go but not drink) Are there sororities that are a better fit for this? I know I can't find this out at rush.

You can find grade rankings posted. It switches up a bit each term. Pi Phi was traditionally the smart girls but that doesn't equal not partying

Every house parties but all houses have girls that don't and it's no big deal

You won't see top tier make grades. Not insulting them, just true

This is absolutely not true. Both Chi O and Pi Phi are perceived top tier and consistently 2 and 1 in grades lol

I think the point is it's not accurate to start calling DG an academically strong house just yet. I hope they keep it up but honestly grades aren't that big of a deal to most so don't get upset

There are 4.0 and honors college students in every single chapter. There are some traditional power houses for grades, but most chapters fluctuate from year to year. Maybe you join a chapter with lower grades and find a niche as scholarship chair. Grades matter, but who you get along with is a lot more important.

The differences in GPA amongst the houses is nominal. Not a factor worth considering.

The OP was asking about studious houses as opposed to party houses. Splitting hairs over GPA ranks doesn't answer the question. all houses have both kinds of girls.
