2017-2018 rankings for fall recruitment

Mostly based on social life and reputation. If grades and service are more important for you, just do a little extra research! This is coming from a senior girl who's been involved since frosh year and was on exec last year!
Sororities:
Tier 1: Alpha Phi
Tier 2: Delta Gamma, Pi Phi, Chi O
Tier 3: KKG
Tier 4: AXO, Tri Delta, KD
Tier 5: Gamma Phi, Theta
Tier 6 (still new): Sigma Kappa
Fraternities:
Tier 1: Phi Psi, SigEp, SAE
Tier 2: Lambda, Sigma Chi, FIJI, Delta Sig
Tier 3: Sigma Nu, DTD, Kappa Sigma
Tier 4: PIKE, AEPi
Tier 5: DU, Chi Psi, ATO, Theta Chi
Make sure to check out as many houses as you can! This is the most accurate rankings right now, but tier doesn't mean everything. Have fun this fall!

Ive been to two other parties hosted by houses in tier 1-2 on this list and they were both amazing. Phi Psi just a huge letdown and SAE I keep hearing is creepy and should be tier 3

In regards to Lamda anyone can leave something behind and someone can put a sign on it, take a photo and post it. Obviously the school did not punish them and who knows what really happen. Definitely something to overcome whether it was fair or not. They are pretty much set on their PC I hear and on paper it looks really good from them and others with the set core.
As for SAE, a mixed bag with the last two pledge classes being a mess. They are pulling their PC together and we shall see. Hopefully its a game changer for the better.
Let's see where both of their pledge classes end up. Then again it is GR and time to bash away.

Lambda literally had nothing "go down". The whole Oregon Shasta group did it and we all know it. Props to lambda who went back on memorial weekend and helped clean up. Did your house go help? No! You effing POS posers.

Everyone in my group listed Tri Delt in bottom 4 after leadership. Anyone who had them bumped up was pissed

Well, considering most of the sorority girls are locked down for recruitment, fraternities will have a hard time throwing parties unless they invite non greeks or freshman, which is not something that higher tier frats usually like to do.
