Now that Theta has got their new digs on the creek, is anyone taking over the old crack house. I know it originally belonged to Phi Delt, are they moving back in..well whoever is left after their banishment.

Phi Delt's name on their sign Is now visible whether that actually means something or some drunk dudes chipped away the plaster is unknown. I kinda hope its the Phi's coming back they were kinda goody but pretty chill guys.
