by: realityThe houses will pick you and you have very little say in what happens until pref night when your choice might matter and even then you could get your second choice. The reality is you either decide to go greek or not with the houses you get. You can spend all day on this site but realize what you think you want wont mean much.

Don't drop a house on bid day. I say stick it out one term to see if you really like it or not. You don't know a house after 5 days of recruitment. You need to take time to see if it is actually a good fit for you before you just drop!

It is fine to attend pref and then not sign the bid card if you do not like the house that bids you but know iet wont get any easier and some houses that dropped you can never bid you according to their own bylaws.
